to land is a fermentation kitchen in Nakagyō, Kyoto, four minutes on foot from Marutamachi Station.

We work with Kyoto sake lees, white miso, and local vegetables, combined with fermentation techniques from Indonesia, India, and Mexico. Each lunch comes with a rotating set of house-made sauces - a different flavor with every bite. In the afternoon, the space becomes a café for fermented drinks and light bites; in the evening, an apéro of sauces, small dishes, and wine.

The shop also holds a small bookshelf and a multi-use workspace - different ways to spend time, all under one roof.

to__landは、京都・御所南にある発酵キッチンです。地下鉄「丸太町」駅から徒歩4分。

京都の酒粕や白味噌、京野菜を、インドネシア・インド・メキシコの発酵技法と組み合わせています。ランチには、季節ごとに変わる自家製ソースが添えられ、ひと口ごとに違う味わいをお楽しみいただけます。午後はカフェとして発酵ドリンクや軽食を、夕方はソースと料理、ワインを楽しむアペロの時間に。

店内には小さな本屋、ワークスペースもあり、それぞれの過ごし方で滞在していただけます。
